They have a new owner and he is wonderful! Everything here tastes wonderful and the staff is very friendly. The owner even remembers my name!
This is the only sushi in lincoln worth eating! -

Tried to stay local and support a small business in our growing town. My son and I went here to celebrate a win and he was so excited. Unfortunately, we left disappointed. Service is impersonal, the sushi chef seemed more interested in the game on tv than acknowledging us or even making the food with any urgency or care. Someone, I assume the owner, was sitting at the bar in a laptop and never once acknowledged us standing at the counter waiting to be seated. No hello someone will be right with you ... nothing. Just a cold shoulder. The whole vibe was a downer due to staff.
It wasn't busy, only four other tables with anyone at then when we arrived. Once seated and ordered it took 15 minutes to get edamame and over 20 minutes to get the sunomono salad, which was okay but the cucumbers were sliced thicker than expected and plated terribly. When the rolls finally did arrive 35-40 minutes in, the eel was off - tasted like canned tuna! I usually love eel by the way.
No wasabi provided, no ginger, nothing for the other rolls.
It'll be worth the drive to go in to the next town - only 6 minutes down the road to get Japanese food done properly. -

Attempted to go for dinner tonight.. server..young gentleman with dark hair (very unenthusiastic) seated us at our table we ordered appetizers and roll for baby (California Roll) very simple.. then ordered 4 other rolls for dinner.. after 25 mins and the table behind us (seated and ordered after us ) received their appetizer same as ours
About 5 mins later finally received our appetizers but baby is already done..
took her to car asked for order to go
Waited another 20 minutes still nothing so after 50 minutes..we left.. never too return.. many choices for Sushi.. too bad you are no longer on the referred list.. -

And....we're back!
My 5yo son had a choice for dinner and he said "Crazy Sushi - They have the BEST Lion King ever!"
And they do. The food and service is great. The food, so yummy.
We tried the Famous Roll & the Half & Half roll.
I read some of the negative reviews from people who have 1-2 reviews to their name and am disgusted how rude and negative people can be. Like they say, "Mean people suck."
The sushi chef is superb! Friendly, skilled, and always open to chat or honor requests. Mahalo!
We always enjoy a lunch or dinner here and yes, we'll be back. -

I am shocked the food has always been great and love the staff. I enjoy the price and love the rolls. I am from the Bay Area and this is the best sushi I have eaten. Love the saki and service. Berry kind staff. Although sometimes they are busy but always kindly tells us they be with us.
